the cleaning staff maintained a very clean room. the breakfast buffet had great options to start the day. i found the beds very comfy. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful .
the hotel's car park was street parking, a little confusing when i first arrived.

The spa had a relaxing atmosphere. It provided a nice experience after a long day of sightseeing. there was a vast selection of items at breakfast, which i found very enjoyable. the hotel had pass keys for the elevator and a safe in the room.

the restaurant staff provided excellent service. brunch was available and the service at the restaurant was very good, but the restaurant wasn't always open according to their posted hours. the breakfast included with the room was nice.

the staff was friendly and helpful, and one arranged a tour for me. the team at the spa was polite and gave me a tour! concierge service was spot on. i really felt charmed with the help i received.

The hotel is near a bus stop. It makes getting into the center easy. there are relatively inexpensive restaurants nearby. This was valuable! the location is about a 20 minute walk from the main center, a nice walk along the seafront.

i had a really good time at this hotel. the staff were really friendly and helpful. one staff member even arranged a tour for me, it was very kind. the room had a good design, i liked it.
the room smelled funny when i walked in, but the smell went away after a little while.

the spa here was excellent. the team was very polite and gave me a tour, it was nice. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, they were all in good working condition.

the city views from the room were quite excellent! i appreciated the generous supply of towels provided. there was also a bus stop located a short walk behind the building, it made getting around easier. the free parking was a definite plus for my rental car.

the staff helped book our ride back to the airport. that part went fine.
the coffee machine in my room didn't work. i was really looking forward to a morning coffee. also, the sauna in the men's area wasn't working. they made the one in the women's area unisex, which seemed odd and inconvenient.

I found the restaurant to be AMAZING!!! The service I received was great, and the food quality was great. The spa facilities provided a much-needed respite after a long day. I also found the breakfast selection quite varied.
The location was not ideal. I was not able to walk to the city center easily. The room lacked air conditioning. It made the space somewhat uncomfortable during warmer periods. the gym required an extra payment. That surprised me.

The free parking across the street was very convenient! i always found a space. it was also close to the coast. grotta lighthouse was nearby. It offered a good aurora view on my first night.
The coffee machine in my room wasn't functional. It was a minor inconvenience.

The staff answered every question. They were able to book tours and advise me on various excursions. The customer service was really good. I especially liked how clean and nice the room was. The staff were available 24/7, that was important. The location was close to the city center.
