clean room breakfast options comfy bed helpful staff
the cleaning staff maintained a very clean room. the breakfast buffet had great options to start the day. i found the beds very comfy. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful .
the hotel's car park was street parking, a little confusing when i first arrived.

The spa had a relaxing atmosphere. It provided a nice experience after a long day of sightseeing. there was a vast selection of items at breakfast, which i found very enjoyable. the hotel had pass keys for the elevator and a safe in the room.

the restaurant staff provided excellent service. brunch was available and the service at the restaurant was very good, but the restaurant wasn't always open according to their posted hours. the breakfast included with the room was nice.

the staff was friendly and helpful, and one arranged a tour for me. the team at the spa was polite and gave me a tour! concierge service was spot on. i really felt charmed with the help i received.

The hotel is near a bus stop. It makes getting into the center easy. there are relatively inexpensive restaurants nearby. This was valuable! the location is about a 20 minute walk from the main center, a nice walk along the seafront.

friendly staff helpful staff good design
i had a really good time at this hotel. the staff were really friendly and helpful. one staff member even arranged a tour for me, it was very kind. the room had a good design, i liked it.
the room smelled funny when i walked in, but the smell went away after a little while.

the spa here was excellent. the team was very polite and gave me a tour, it was nice. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, they were all in good working condition.

the location is pretty good, it is in close proximity to the city centre. there is a bus stop right outside the hotel, that makes getting around so easy. there is also a taxi rank nearby.

solid choice with a few hiccups
city view generous supply
the city views from the room were quite excellent! i appreciated the generous supply of towels provided. there was also a bus stop located a short walk behind the building, it made getting around easier. the free parking was a definite plus for my rental car.

some front desk staff members seemed more serious than friendly! cleaning and breakfast teams impressed me. i found some employees were great, they helped me book my flybus trip to the airport.

location suited me fine since i had a car. the parking was free! it took about 30 minutes to walk to the city center. i found the area quiet due to the hotel's position near other hotels and offices.

broken coffee machine inconvenient sauna
the staff helped book our ride back to the airport. that part went fine.
the coffee machine in my room didn't work. i was really looking forward to a morning coffee. also, the sauna in the men's area wasn't working. they made the one in the women's area unisex, which seemed odd and inconvenient.

restaurant service great service spa facilities location issue air conditioning extra payment
I found the restaurant to be AMAZING!!! The service I received was great, and the food quality was great. The spa facilities provided a much-needed respite after a long day. I also found the breakfast selection quite varied.
The location was not ideal. I was not able to walk to the city center easily. The room lacked air conditioning. It made the space somewhat uncomfortable during warmer periods. the gym required an extra payment. That surprised me.

great staff good location
The staff answered every question. They were able to book tours and advise me on various excursions. The customer service was really good. I especially liked how clean and nice the room was. The staff were available 24/7, that was important. The location was close to the city center.
